Data we collect

We collect the business owner’s registration data (name, email, phone number, billing details) and basic data from end customers who join a card (name, phone number, email, when provided). Within the system, each business can only see and manage its own customers’ data.

How we use it

We use the data to operate the loyalty card (adding stamps, sending proximity reminders and win-back messages) and to bill the plan subscribed to. The business is the data controller for its end customers’ data; Puntto handles that data on its behalf.

Export

The business can export its customer base (for example, as a CSV). Within the system, an end customer’s deletion request can be fulfilled. In a spreadsheet or copy downloaded by the business, Puntto no longer controls the data — responsibility for the use and deletion of that copy lies with the business.

Deletion and rights

For data still held in Puntto, the end customer can request deletion or exercise other rights through the business’s own channels or through our contact page — we act as the data processor and forward the request to the data controller. For copies already exported by the business, the request must be made directly to the business.

On the forms on our campaign pages, if you tick the corresponding box, we send Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Conversions API, your phone number and name in encrypted (hashed) form and the ad click identifier, solely to measure the results of our ads. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through our contact page.
