By creating a Puntto account, the business owner agrees to use the platform for customer loyalty purposes, in compliance with the data protection laws that apply in their country (LGPD in Brazil, GDPR in the European Union).
End customer data
The business is the data controller for its end customers’ data; Puntto acts as the data processor, processing that data on the business’s behalf to operate the loyalty card.
When the business exports data (for example, as a CSV), it takes responsibility for any later use of that copy — even after closing its Puntto account. Whatever leaves the platform is no longer under Puntto’s operational control.
Billing
Plans are billed according to the billing period chosen. The prices and limits of each plan are described on the pricing page.
Cancellation
The business owner can cancel the plan at any time from the dashboard, with no contractual penalty.
